The New Moon and the week leading up the new moon is a magical time to spark new and exciting beginnings. It’s a time to get clear about the things you really want to create and manifest into your life.

 Rituals are a beautiful way to connect to your inner being. They can be powerfully symbolic and open the gates to a deeper connection to the Universe within. The key essence of trying any ritual is to show up with an open heart and an open mind.

As you build a stronger relationship with the Moon and connect more deeply with the cosmos, you will see, sense and know yourself more fully.

Tips to help you with your New Moon meditation

Sacred Space.

Create your special New Moon sacred space by lighting candles and incense. Tune in, relax and let the inspiration flow.

Intention.

To set clear intentions you could try writing them down in a journal. The Universe loves specific messages and hand-written requests.  In order to manifest more abundance into your life you need to be ready to find a deep connection with the Universe.

Meditate.

The practice of meditation is really important throughout the manifesting process. This is because you actively relax and allow for your desires to flow from your higher self. Set the intention before your meditation and think of the things you would love to manifest into your life. Try this for at least 5 minutes.

Dream big.

Get super-clear about every little thing you want to start showing up in your reality.
