“I can highly recommend this Yoga Retreat, also if you are traveling alone. You will meet a wonderful community of like-minded friends. The Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation sessions are great (three sessions a day, two focussed on Yoga and Breathwork, and the shorter after-dinner session a Meditation), no matter what your level of knowledge is. The food is super healthy and outstandingly yummy. The staff is amazing. The beaches are beautiful, as are the hikes to the beach. And the beds are comfortable!”
