Daily Schedule

Wake up

Wake up in silence, while absorbing the morning sun. Listen to the sounds of nature while enjoying your fresh herbal tea or lemon water in the garden. A selection of local fresh fruit is always available for the hungry ones.

7:30-9:00 Yoga

Let expert teachers guide you through a grounding, dynamic morning practice on the wooden outdoor yoga deck. Feel inner peace settling in while aligning body, mind, and soul through guided movement, breathwork, and meditation.

9:00 - Nourishing Breakfast

Imagine a banana strawberry smoothie bowl with walnuts, coconut flakes, and mango; blueberry oatmeal pancakes, or avocado and egg on freshly baked sourdough bread. Fresh coffee with plant-based milk, tea, or alkaline water.

10:00-13:30 - Explore or Relax

Time to be in nature. Alone or together. Hike to the region’s most stunning beaches, swim in the crystal clear Atlantic Ocean, and journal in the forest.

Or perhaps visit the famous neighboring surf town Sagres to watch world-class surf; or stroll through the little streets and boutiques in historic town Lagos.

13:30 - Delicious Lunch

A colorful buffet with, for example, a quinoa salad with sugar snaps and fresh local mango, a sweet potato parsley salad with vegan cheese and roasted pecan nuts, and a selection of nourishing homemade sides. Always vegetarian, mostly vegan.

14:30-16:30 - Relax or Explore

Read your book next to the swimming pool, journal in a hammock, meditate in the forest… Take the time to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and process your thoughts and feelings. Give yourself time to be, and enjoy the beautiful place and time.

16:30 - Drink and Snack

A refreshing homemade drink and snack to rehydrate and boost your energy levels before the next yoga session. The perfect moment to connect, share stories about inward and outward explorations, ask questions, and make new friends.

17:00-18:30 - Yoga

A restorative or yin session to open up your energy systems and release deep-rooted tension and emotions. Feel your body loosen up, your thoughts slow down, and a feeling of health and happiness settle in.

18:30 - Vegetarian Gourmet Dinner

With glowing, radiant faces from a beautiful day in nature, we sit around the wooden garden table. A gourmet-style, three-course dinner with colorful sides. For instance, carrot zucchini noodles with homemade pistachio pesto, portobello steak with sweet potato cream, and dark vegan chocolate mousse with passion fruit.

20:00 - Sound healing/Meditation and Tea

To end the day, we settle around the fireplace. Laying down nestled under a fleece blanket for a sound-healing, or on a pillow to meditate. Followed by organic herbal tea and meaningful conversations, or peaceful quiet time.

21:00 Noble Silence

Stillness enters the retreat area again. Time to read an inspiring book from our shelve, journal about your experiences, watch the stars, or enter a deep, long, restful sleep.

  • Guided Detox Day with yoga and cleansing practices, meditation, juices, and light meals to deeply cleanse the physical and energetical system;

  • Guided Hike through forest, cliffs, and beach with a delicious lunch served on the beach;

  • 2 x Transformational Breathwork sessions with guest teacher Michaël Bijker
