Accommodation
Included in the price: bed linen and towels (except beach towels), weekly bed linen change and room cleaning, daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner (except 1 night, when guests enjoy the chance of experiencing local restaurants), free tea & fruits.
Check-in: From 4 pm, Check-out: 10-11 am.
Pets are not permitted. Minimum participation age 18.
A late check-in fee of €25 per booking will be charged for arrivals between 10 pm & 7 am.
Mekayoga's shared rooms are for females unless enough males are booking together to justify a male-only option. Male bookings for shared rooms may be canceled or transferred to a private room at an additional cost.
Bookings Policy
Reservation You can book your stay simply by purchasing your preferred option in our online shop. Once your booking confirmation is received by you, your booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy If a participant cancels their booking more than 60 days before the start of the retreat, they will receive a full refund of their deposit minus a €40 admin fee. If a participant cancels their booking less than 60 days before the start of the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded. If a participant cancels less than 30 days in advance, the full payment is non-refundable.
Cancellation of Activities Cancellation of all activities booked onsite without giving less than 24 hours’ notice in advance will be charged in full.
Transfer Policy Participants may transfer their complete booking or deposit payment to another person at no additional costs, but they must inform the organization in writing.
Price Changes Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless the initial deposit has already been paid.
Booking order Bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis.
Change in booking In the event of teacher cancellations or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Mekayoga retains the right to modify bookings and will promptly notify the customer. We will offer alternative arrangements, but we cannot be held accountable for any expenses incurred, such as airfare.
Insurance Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover any losses due to cancellation or other unforeseen circumstances.
Minimum number of participants: The stays will only take place if at least 5 people participate. The organization may cancel the event if there aren't enough participants.
Changes to Retreat Program The organization reserves the right to make changes to the retreat program as necessary.
Health and Safety Participants must inform the organization of any health conditions or disabilities that may affect their ability to participate in the retreat program.
Liability The organization will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by a participant unless caused by the negligence of the organization.
