  We nurture individual growth for all levels. Morning sessions strengthen and empower, while afternoons delve into releasing tension and emotions. Our diverse practices, including hatha and flow, restorative and yin, foster balance and joy, ending the day with calming sessions like Meditation, Sound Healing or Yoga Nidra.

  Wake up in silence, while absorbing the morning sun.

  7:30-9:00 Outdoor Yoga
  Feel inner peace settling in while aligning body, mind, and soul through guided movement, breathwork, and meditation.

  9:00 - Nourishing Breakfast
  Example: Banana strawberry smoothie bowl with walnuts, coconut flakes, and mango; Fresh coffee with plant-based milk, tea, or alkaline water.

  10:00-13:30 - Explore or Relax
  Time to be in nature. Alone or together. Or explore famous surftown Sagres or historic town Lagos.

  13:30 - Delicious Lunch
  Example: Quinoa salad with sugar snaps and fresh mango, sweet potato parsley salad, vegan cheese, and roasted pecan nuts, and homemade sides. Always vegetarian, mostly vegan.

  14:30-16:30 - Relax or Explore
  Read your book next to the swimming pool, journal in a hammock, meditate in the forest… Give yourself time to be, and enjoy the beautiful place and time.

  16:30 - Drink and Snack
  Share stories and connect with a refreshing homemade drink and snack to rehydrate and boost your energy levels before the next yoga session.

  17:00-18:30 - Yoga
  For example, a yin yoga session to open up your energy systems and release deep-rooted tension and emotions.

  18:30 - Vegetarian Gourmet Dinner
  A gourmet-style, three-course dinner with colorful sides.

  20:00 - Sound healing/Meditation and Tea
  End the day with a quiet evening session, followed by organic herbal tea and meaningful conversations, or peaceful quiet time.

  21:00 Noble Silence
  Stillness enters the retreat area again. Reflect on your experiences, watch the stars, and enter a deep, long, restful sleep.

  Our retreat center is located in Europe's best surf area, just 10 km from Sagres' famous surf breaks. With both the south and west coasts just a few minutes away, there's always a perfect wave for you. Try our surf lessons to gain balance, mindfulness, and a deeper connection to nature and yourself.

Located on the edge of the picturesque fisherman village Vila do Bispo, just a couple of km from 10 of the most astonishing beaches of Portugal, 8km from the world-famous surf town Sagres, and 25km from the beautiful historic coastal town Lagos.

  Delicious breakfast is served in the garden after the morning yoga. With good fresh coffee if desired (plant-based milk available). Lunch is offered buffet-style, and in the evening we serve a delicious three-course dinner, usually in the garden too.

  We’ll send you a payment link. You can pay by bank, Paypal, iDeal, Sofort, Google Pay, Apple Pay etc. If you select the Flexible Payment Option, the amount will be only €500 now.

  Cancellation Policy

  • Upto 60 days in advance: full refund -€40 admin fee

  • After 60 days in advance: €500 non refundable, remaining amount refundable.

  • Less than 30 days in advance: full amount non-refundabe.

  • You can always transfer your retreat booking to another person

  • You can inform us up to 30 days in advance to reschedule your retreat with us within the next 2 years, without paying additional costs.
